Steam cleaned three bedrooms, one closet and an adjacent landing. Included spot treatment for a problem area that had stain/odor issues from dog urine. I was able to schedule the service promptly at a time that was convenient to me. The two gentlemen who did the service arrived on schedule, reviewed the job with me, asking about any problem areas, which they pre-treated, and went to work. I was very pleased with the quality of their work, especially with the water extraction at the end of the job. I have had carpet cleaned before that was left very wet and took a long time to dry, this was merely damp and dried within a few hours. I would definitely recommend this company again, and plan to use them the next time we have our carpet cleaned.
