We were very happy with the service from Superior. they came to the house and did all the furniture and one rug. the second needed to be cleaned off site so they took that when they left.
They fully explained the procedure and what we needed to do after cleaning while the items were drying. the furniture came out looking 100% better. the area rug came out well too. there were a couple of areas that did not clean up as well as others but it was in a high traffic area so was very dirty.
the off site cleaning took a few days and when they brought it back, the person that delivered thought they might be able to do better on the other rug with some different cleaners. they came back again and re-did that rug and improved how it looked. we appreciated their desire to make it look as good as possible.
We had a party a couple of days later and everything looked great.
